Why does your site sometimes have a red border?
When the boarder is red, it means that someone is actively working on the website. This is a good time to try and contact us as the email is checked at the end of any changes made to the site.


Is your Catalog's Credit Card Form on a Secure Link?
Yes, the entire catalog and all the information collected at the Check-Out Form are done through Secure Links. Also too, we do not give any of our catalog's user's information out to anyone.


Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes, we ship to anywhere in the world. After a purchase is submitted, we determine the cost of shipping to a non-U.S. address. If the cost is more than the charged shipping cost, then an email will be sent to the buyer listing the additional cost. At that point the buyer has the option of canceling the order, or adding the additional shipping cost to their payment. Note: Some countries/counties prohibit the importation of toy guns that replicate real weapons. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure their merchandise will clear customs. 1SLT is not responsible for orders stopped by customs. If the product is from 1SLT and the product is returned to us by a foreign customs - we will refund the purchasing cost minus shipping costs and a restocking fee upon receiving back the order. If the product is from a non-1SLT manufacturer such as Styfle, Steradian, or a buy through an affiliate such as Amazon.com, then it is up to that affiliate/manufacturer’s return policy. In either event the customer will be responsible for handling and shipping costs - plus restocking fees if any.


I clicked on the Add to Cart in the Catalog; but, nothing happened?
Our catalog system is designed to allow our users to select gear from multiple vendors and pay for it with one purchase. When you are satisfied that you have selected everything you want/need - click on the "Checkout" option at the bottom of the upper left menu selection and follow the instructions.


Do you give out names and addresses to mailing lists?
No. All information received at this site is kept in strict confidence. We don't enjoy receiving Spam; so, we do not contribute to making more of it. We do sometimes send out newsletters to previous customers if we have a great deal or interesting news in the Laser Tag community. But this is not that often, and a simple “Remove Me” in the subject line of a response letter will have you permanently removed from the list. Our newsletters are meant to be a convenience, not an annoyance!


When ordering multiple items the shipping seems a bit high.
The shipping prices are set for the highest shipping cost in the U.S. for U.S.P.S Priority Mail + $5 handling for a single item. Once we know the actual shipping cost, we adjust the shipping charge to actual shipping cost + $5.00 handling.


What is your return policy?
Return policies may vary depending on which catalog/manufacturer the equipment is purchased from. However, we do have a general return policy that any product can be returned within 10 days of receiving. Items will be refunded minus a 15% restocking charge. Shipping costs will not be refunded. We apologize for this but we had to implement this policy to stop people from using us as a free rental service. -> Buying the gear and using it for a day, then returning it with no intention of keeping the gear in the first place.


What if I get the gear and it is broken.
If we are contacted within 10 days of shipping, we will replace the item. Although in most cases the Return policy would apply if asked for a refund, but acceptations may be applied on a case by case evaluation.


How safe is it to use your catalogs?
Our catalog system uses one of the securest link systems available for money transactions. All items in the catalogs are covered by our general return policy. These are professional businesses; otherwise they would not be in our catalog system.


How long does it take to process an order?
Once the payment for an order clears, if an item is in stock, it will generally ship within a week. If the item is not in stock, you will be notified via email of the delay and be given the option to cancel the order at no cost to you. Large orders of gear that need to manufactured, will be notified by email on the estimated order completion time. If there is any rush, please let us know via email or in the feedback section when making your payment. Although we cannot make any promises, we will do our best to help you out.


II'm ordering from outside the U.S. and your system will not seem to take my credit card or order.
To avoid fraud, our catalog system verifies the address of the person ordering...unfortunately the information necessary to do this is not available in most countries outside the U.S. If the system will not take your order, please contact us and we will take your order via PayPal.
